3 Black Knight sausages, any flavour
1 package of shredded mozzarella or cheese blend
1 bag of pizza dough (or make your own, see below)
1 red pepper
4 - 5 mushrooms
1 Jar Black Knight tomato sauce
Preheat over to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
Remove casings from the sausages. Crumble the sausage meat into a frying pan over medium heat. Cook until all the sausage is browned.
Spread some tomato sauce over the pizza dough base.
Sprinkle the cooked sausage meat all over the pizza, and then sprinkle the cheese.
Arrange the sliced mushroom and sliced pepper.
Bake for 10 to 12 mins until the cheese is melted and dough is starting to look brown.
1 tbsp quick rise instant yeast
1/4 tbsp raw sugar
1/4 tbsp sea salt
2.5 cups white or wholewheat flour
1 cup warm water
2 tbspns olive oil
Place flour in mixing bowl, with salt. Mix together.
Put yeast and sugar into a lukewarm cup of water, and then add olive oil. Let sit for 10 minutes, until yeast has foamed.
Pour contents of cup into bowl, and gently mix into the flour with your hands, until a ball of dough is formed. Add a little extra water if too dry. Knead for a couple of minutes, until the dough ball is firm and stretchy. Leave dough ball in the bowl, covered with a cloth, and place in a warm spot for about 45 minutes. The dough ball should almost have doubled in size. Gently stretch and roll out dough onto a baking try, and you’re ready to add the topping!
Sausage Stir Fry
4 Black Knight sausages, any flavour
1 gree pepper
4 - 5 mushrooms
Extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to season
Pre-cook sausages in pan on medium heat for about 8-10 minutes.
Allow to cool a little and chop into one inch pieces.
Add olive oil to lightly cover pan.
Add vegetables into pan, then add sausage pieces.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook on medium heat until potato is soft and everything looks nice and golden brown — approx. 20 minutes.
